Q. Am I agreeing to a contract when I sign up for a web design plan?

A. Yes, when you sign up for one of our web design plans you’re agreeing to a 24 month contract. However, since you’re able to set your own monthly recurring price for our plans you can be confident that you’re getting the best possible deal when you enter into a contract with us.

Q. Can I sign up for a free trial?

A. Although Greendore is as inexpensive as a ‘DIY website builder’ where you do all the work yourself, we actually offer a ‘Done-for-You’ web design service, which means we do all the work.

Free trials are designed to set your mind at ease that you’ll be able to use the DIY website builder if you do sign up, and since we do all the design and development work ourselves we’re unable to offer a free trial.

However, we offer a 28-day money back guarantee, so if you decide to cancel your contract within the first 28 days you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked.

Q. Can I upgrade to a different website design package after I sign up?

A. Of course, if you decide your current web design package no longer meets your needs and would like to upgrade to a higher plan just email us and we’ll sort that out for you: hello@greendore.com.

Q. Do I have to register a domain name myself?

A. No, unlike most other DIY website builders and web designers, we want our customers to be confident that their fixed monthly fee really is the only amount they will have to pay.

As such, all of our website design plans include a free domain name as standard.

Q. Do I need a separate hosting account?

A. No, each of our web design plans includes fast, cloud-based web hosting as standard, so you’ll never need to sign up for a separate hosting package.

Q. Will my website include sections for a Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Business page?

Yes, all three of our web design + hosting plans offer sections for your Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Business pages, and these pages don’t count towards the maximum number of web pages your plan offers.

Q. Can I accept payments through the website Greendore builds for me?

A. Our Bronze, Silver and Gold plans don’t include the integration of ecommerce solutions or payment gateways, but we can do this for a small additional fee.

Q. Will my website be secure?

A. Yes, every website we build will include a free SSL security certificate, which ensures the site will remain secure and its data will be encrypted.

Q. Will my web design subscription include website backups?

A. Yes, we will install a website backup plugin that will schedule full site backups on a regular basis.

Q. Will my website include a contact form?

A. Yes, all three website design plans include a contact form, which we can integrate onto any page on your site.
